In reply to the discussion: A fine of just $300 [View all]I think giving ''advice'' to a judge might be a little questionable if not worse. A recommendation from the prosecution is proper under the legal system, as long as it can be scrutinized at some level. Future potential prosecutions and/or national security claims, notwithstanding.
- Unless it was financial advice, at least then it would make sense. And these days, it would also be SOP.
