She isn't part of the negotiations and the way your article reads, the only documents that have been seen by people outside of the negotiations, which include these same elected officials, are the ones that have been leaked.

Honestly I don't think any of our free trade agreements would be a big deal if we were doing the right thing in other areas of our politics. The impact of NAFTA for example would be a drop in the bucket if states weren't cutting public sector jobs right and left and we were passing strong infrastructure spending bills and making other real job creation strides.
