14. I interpreted the word "militant" to literally mean militant.

Personally, I'm very concerned about the "overreach of religion into civil society". Everything about it is wrong and dangerous.
But, I believe that atheists who describe themselves as "self-proclaimed" advocate of militant atheism would probably do more harm than good toward changing the existing wrongs.
