Is the fact that when Sotomayor was nominated, many, including some liberals, slammed her pillar to post. She was not "their" type of minority, their type of woman. Truth be told, Sotomayor has been the one clear voice against the Schutzstaffel Supreme Court Justices (yes I will call Scalia a fascist, Godwin's law be damned!)
