6. I would send in the county Sheriff and have the man arrested

I heard him say he would willingly submit to the county sheriff, but not to Federal law enforcement. Once he is in custody it would be quite simple to transfer him over to Federal jurisdiction. If the county Sheriff were to be attacked and killed or wounded then I would launch a full Federal assault with all available resources. If those militia people believe their AK-47s and AR-15s can hold off a US Government attack then we will see who gets the last laugh.
