3. Closer to 4 and the state attorney has had it since the get go

It sounds like the original State Attorney was in the police station that night. If so he could have made many of the same observations that most of us looking at the tape saw. If he wasn't, he had access to the tape.

The tape has been available to the new state attorney for 6 days...still no arrest warrant.

Hard to know what to think...except that something is seriously wrong.
