" I would clean up enough to assess. But a broken nose is not something we can fix. As long as his airway is not compromised, I'd put an ice pack on it and call it good. However, depending on how long the "video" was taken after the injury, if his nose really was broken he would have bruising on his face, mostly around the area of his eyes."
