Until tonight, what legitimate data was out there that said how injured Zimmerman was or was not?
- Police report cited injuries and that EMS worked on Zimmerman but had no significant detail
- Zimmerman did not go to the hospital
- His lawyer (IIRC) said he sought medical treatment the next day

Today we have clear video show no significant injuries and the cops not wearing gloves.

The EMS report would clearly define the level of treatment done (if any) and the scope of the injuries (if any). Without the video released today it would have been the primary evidence of any injuries. With the video, it could well be the last nail in any claim of self defense.

Seeking facts is not spinning, unless you are in the conjecture business
