4. A good read is "The Phony-Tough Meet the Crazy-Brave" by Stewart Alsop from 1973.

In Alsop's column, the Phony-Toughs were the Watergate conspirators full of bluster and macho talk and the Crazy-Brave was Gordon Liddy. The Phony-Toughs are the wannabes, the Walter Mittys, the LARPers. The Crazy-Braves are the truly batshit crazy ones, the Charles Mansons, the David Koreshes, who really want a hill to die on, and can drag the Phony-Toughs along with them on their way to their own version of Armageddon.

Chances are, there are only a few actual Crazy-Braves in Bundy's entourage. BLM and the Feds are best off biding their time waiting for the majority of the Phony-Toughs to get in touch with their inner sane people and go home, and in the meantime, pursue further financial and administrative sanctions against Bundy.
