This occurred to me tonight.

Wolfinger sent the case to the grand jury. Then he was forced to step aside and the new atty was appointed by the governor and the AG.

Maybe it's the new SA who is the fixer. She won't send it to the grand jury, she says. That indicates any charge won't be a capital offense.
