Sure there are some who have opinions based on convoluted logic such as yours. I'm well aware. Unfortunately our political system makes change harder so it will take us longer to catch up to those countries but we will get there. THe death penalty is on the decline and has been for some time. Too bad for those who want revenge. You'll just have to move to a 3rd world country if it means that much to you when the times comes.
