In reply to the discussion: My friend Ben passed away from renal cell cancer last evening [View all]classof56

ASCENSION
And if I go while youre still here,
Know that I live on, vibrating to a different measure
Behind a thin veil you cannot see through.
You will not see me, so you must have faith.
I wait for the time when we can soar together again,
Both aware of each other.
Until then, live your life to the fullest
And, when you need me, just whisper my name in your heart.
I will be there.

I have shared this often, beneath a photo of the Maroon Bells in the Colorado Rockies. Brings me a sense of peace, and others have remarked it does them, too, when they've lost someone they loved. Hope it does the same for you.
Blessings

We get to keep our memories, that hurts and reminds us of the good all at the same time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was diagnosed with renal cell cancer just 1 month ago.
