10. They get really good coverage, too, including "routine MRIs" during their annual checkups.

That's how doctors detected pancreatic cancer in one of them early enough to treat. I have insurance (well, through my wife) and my annual checkup does not include a "routine MRI." My annual checkup consists of me asking myself if I feel well enough to skip paying for a visit to the doctor's office this year. I think that's pretty much the routing annual for most Americans.
