Being British, I'm covered by the NHS and it just baffles me that a modern country can still make healthcare dependent on cash.

I'll likely go the same way. I was on 24mg for most flavours but some only com in 18mg and I didn't notice much difference so on my next order, I'll probably just knock everything down to a uniform 18mg. Then, a few months later, knock it down to 12 and so on. Then I'd just be puffing flavoured steam because it tastes nice.
