When you are having an issue with a tank, and changing the atomizer doesn't work, it sucks to buy another tank. But overall, the cost is still lower.

Also, buy a box of surgical gloves to wear when you are swapping out parts and refilling.

Amidst the hullabaloo over imagined hazards, you don't want to swap an atomizer with your bare fingers, forget to wash your hands thoroughly, and then wipe your eye later.
