Obviously the worst part of his statement is the idiotic comparison to Nazi death camps, but it's also stupid in another way. The Affordable Care Act is not something that you can sign up for. It's a set of laws that makes it possible for anyone to obtain health care from a private insurance company.

I think Republicans do actually know that, but they talk about "signing up for Obamacare" anyway, because that plays into their effort to portray it as the government dictating your health care.
