I think that 5,000 number is very low.
Preventative care (especially dental care) and even emergency care is out-of- range for most residents.
It is either eat or suffer (maybe die) for most here.
Obviously, TPTB want to keep it that way.
IMO, the very least that Americans can do is get an American flag and fly it upside down. That signifies an emergency and we are there.
