Even then, it is not that related to where the two candidates want to take the country.
(This said even though I was mystified in 2004 on why Bill Clinton put on his book and had his book tour in June and July 2004 - where one of the first questions always seemed to be about Monica. Even though his wife was not the candidate, this is not the discussion that any Democrat wants in the lead up to the convention --- and it would be more so for his wife. So, it is likely good that this comes out now as it leaves nothing that is likely to come out when people are making their decisions.)
