because if you remain silent, the future isnt going to be pretty for that line of work. People may take a beating or tasering but they're not going to let you start cutting their throats open. Its just not gonna happen, I don't care what "the policy" says.

Corruption is one thing but if world history is any indicator, people don't take kindly to abuse from "authority". We all need to stop, take a moment to look at who is putting these rules and policies in place, take a look at who is training officers, take a look at who is being hired onto these departments, if we don't it's going to get out of hand real fast.

It looks like undercover cops cuffed him, cut his throat open and got away with it.

This is mind boggling.

You don't even see this type of stuff in Mexico unless its done by the cartels.
