98. Barack Obama did not vote for the Iraq War Resolution.

He was not in the Senate at the time. While we're on the subject, Glen Greedwald did not win a Pulitzer prize and Snowball has yet to reveal anything that hasn't been widely known since Congress defunded the Bush-Cheney Total Information Awareness project in 2003.
