one to one assistance in all aspects of daily living. She is fed through a tube in her tummy and wears diapers etc. Needs about the same care as a 5 month old baby even though she is 56 years old. If she did not get here medications she would die so this poster meant a lot to me and her family that will see it on facebook. She does not talk except for smiles and laughter and an occasional roudy scream. But she does enjoy life and is curious about what is going on around her. She was only supposed to live to be 30 years old but good medical care has given her 26 extra years so far. I took care of her for the first 45 years of her life at home and she is in a foster home now because I can no longer lift her as I did before. Fortunately I got to train her foster parents in how to care for her so it is a great home for her.
