that Trayvon was involved in any criminal activity when he was shot. So far all the evidence suggests Trayvon was walking to his father's girlfriend's house where he apparently lived or was staying.

The victim's Facebook page or e-mails are not at issue.

Zimmerman had no previous knowledge about Trayvon as far as we can tell, so what would Trayvon's information have to do with anything?
