(39,405 posts)80. even North Korea is at worst playing chicken. It is also telling how we react to them compared to
other "threats."
Their leaders are clearly willing to risk more and more likely have the goods to follow through, but our government does the minimal necessary to respond to their provocations.
We take them about as seriously as Andy Griffith did Otis the Drunk.
"Are you drunk again, Otis? All right then, you know where you need to go."
