100k is top 1/5 of households. (1)

This group makes 1/2 of the national income. (1)

Labor income is 5/8ths of the national income.

Let's say this group makes 4/5ths the capital income. This is an assumption, and it's "about right". I'm sure the data exist for this somewhere but I'm not interested in searching for it right now.

3/8*4/5 = 3/10ths of the total income is capital income that goes to this group.

Ratio of capital income (3/10) to total income (5/10) for this group is 60%.
