Gee, I wonder who is behind this? Where do people get the idea that income for the average American would increase with a toothless government? Face it, the government (especially the federal government), is the only thing standing between the little guy and the predator class, even though they've been doing a piss-poor job of it for the last 30 years. Income would increase.
