I remember an experience I had with one cat I had - who had kittens - 7 or 8 weeks old - they was able to do a lot on their own - but they had a mother who was rather carefully about her kittens - protective as few I would say...
And then we had a nabour, who's son had a german sheppard - nice as all day - in fact a very gentle dog - not much anger in that dog - even if it had been used as a guard dog in his professional life - as a retired dog he was rather gentle - a whole difference from his former himself I guess
But for some reason he wanted to play with "my" kittens - at a time when my cat - was there - the poor dog got in in the house - but also got out faster than he got in - mostly because he had a BIG fur ball right there - I saw just teets - and some legs and a big furry ball attaching the poor dog - and he was out the door as fast as he was able to walk out - the cat in tow - It was over before everyone had a chance to do anything...
And the funny about it al - is because even after I had to give away all my cats - mostly because I have allergy - the poor dog wisted me maybe 1/2 year later - and he was very, very concerned about the possibility of a cat in the house.... The big german Sheppard afraid of a car who was much smaller than he was..
