46. I saw the video.

It appears to be staged. No parent is videotaping by chance all angles while a strange dog is nearby and close to their autistic child. Then the parent or someone else is still videotaping while the mother appears to get involved. Sorry to blow everyones good feelings but that is the way it looks to me.
