Mrs Christine Ann Sands is a staple on Voice of Russia, so my guess if shes not a tea bagging loon, she just goes around to various events, says whatever works at that particular moment to get her way in the door and what happens afterwards is anyone's guess.
Russia Today is trying their hardest to get this Operation American Fail off the ground just like they have been pushing the Bundy Ranch fiasco.
Its not hard to figure out what might be going on.

So I bought myself a 32 foot RV, had it painted it black, with blue stripe all around it, like the state police and I put the Wikileaks logo, the Anonymous logos, Occupy and I am driving around and I got Million Mask March November, 5 on the side, and every night since I have arrived in DC, I have been detained and stopped and investigated by regular police, and secret police.
...Yeah I'm sure you did.

^ It wouldnt be the first time a Russia Operative was caught trying to infiltrate something in the past 10 years.

^ Just last year this guy who had an show on RT was trying to lead an armed march to DC but no one showed up.

It's a good question, but I can't shed definitive light here: there are too many possibilities,

Are you suggesting that the Militia/Tea Bag movement is the target of a J. Edgar style witch hunt?
