Anti-vaccine nonsense equals pro-disease nonsense. Dehumanizing autistic people is despicable. No one is knifing anyone in the back. Pointing out ridiculous, inhuman acts is the right thing to do. If you support those acts, that's your choice, but don't pretend that these people are victims of anything but their own ugly actions.
