36. From some personal experiences.

I knew a guy that was involved in this...he was Hispanic and fluent in Spanish and spent a lot of time in South America.while in the Army.
And somehow had a great deal of money...And i am sure not from his Army pay...but to be fair he never talked much about what he did other than to say he was an instructor.
But I am well aware I am just speculating...and I do have a cynical mind.
