Zimmerman was being very co-operative with the Police. He had not "lawyered up". He was talking. Is it possible the Police were in "Good Cop, Bad Cop" mode? The more a suspect talks the better for the Police Case. Sometimes they are very nice to a co-operating suspect. In order to get information. What would you think they should have been doing? Waterboarding?

A more interesting question to me is this. Was he under arrest? Sure looked like it.
