Uncontrolled bp leads to kidney failure. Hubby is on kidney transplant list. Not a fun life. We are doing an Indiegogo campaign ( http://igg.me/at/savethegeek) to get him to a transplant center where he can get a kidney sooner than later . If stress is a problem, do yoga, meditate, and that will help a lot.

She ended up living on boiled vegetable and baked potato. But got her bp under control got off of most bp medication (under doctor supervision) and did not die of heart disease.
