Fix pipelines with them, broken sewer pipes, hell, almost any infrastructure could use a box of those! Bridges falling apart? Fix it with purple-heart band aids! Potholes? Fill em up with, you guessed it, purple-heart band aids. Space shuttle blew up? It didn't have enough purple-heart band aids holding it together (and they're cheaper than those ceramic tiles).
