1. Insurance is what's making our health care sick

Feeding the tumor of private insurance instead of excising it will slowly kill the patient, a process of pathology already underway. People like to point to Massachusetts as the model for what we've tried so far - I say great! Let's point to Massachusetts. The United States has the worst health care costs of anyplace in the world. And Massachusetts has the worst health care costs of anyplace in the United States. Go down that route if you want to keep choking to death on the Big Insurance's jet exhaust.
