...so you can advocate for those left behind. At the community college my husband retired from there are full-timers who bitch about how the union is becoming bent around the adjuncts because they can vote and they DO. Hubby and I agree that the adjuncts need to do whatever they can to try to gain security and justice, and it's a damn shame that some people simply can't see that because they've got theirs it's not a sign of divine displeasure that others don't.
All the very best to you -- May you make it to the prez's office and receive the divine handshake or whatever ASAP -- I say this knowing you have trodden this path before.
