3. Now why are we in Somalia? When did the Congress authorize military actions in this country?

I know it's bipartisan and that every President of the last forty plus years has done this, but we really need to stop impeaching Presidents who engage in military action without Congressional approval.

Nixon should have been impeached for Cambodia, Reagan for Grenanda and the Contras, Bush Senior for Panama, etc.
