Cenk's biggest fan is Cenk, which used to really bother me when he was on MSNBC. Always reminding watchers to TIVO him, cause I guess Neilson measures that crap. Hopefully he'll learn a lesson that KO hasn't been able to do - watch who you screw up on the way up, cause you might meet them on the way down - or however the cliche goes. It may be too late.
The last straw for me is when Cenk kept bugging folks to vote for him to have a humongous billboard of his face in Times Square in some kind of contest. Seriously. He must of lost, never followed up on it. I just don't think about him or Current. Same with KO - maybe Cenk jinxed him - if I believed in that kind of shit.
I actually enjoyed Spitzer, he's very astute compared to most talking heads. Dumb about his personal life with his stupid sex fuck-ups, but very good at asking tough questions. Too bad he can't be on MSNBC, Current is kinda like Oprah's network - going down fast, which is a shame.
And no way was Spitzer going to CNN aka Fox Lite - another subject for another time. Spitzer was especially good after they dumped Parker who was just taking up space, imo. I also agree with your assessment of Ed and Lawrence. And gotta have some respect for the Rev Al. I enjoy Melissa Harris-Perry. Is it me or does anyone have a clue what Dylan R is always ranting about?? Something about the Fed is all I can figure out, wtf is he talking about the rest of the time? Maybe hard to understand cause he never stops talking or maybe just me. I have no idea how he even breathes.
No DVR in the room where I usually watch, so I'd switch during commercials during Rachel over to Spitzer. Hmmm - wonder what effect, if any, this will have on Cenk and Jennifer Grantham (sp?) - I do like her when she was making the rounds with her book. Damn, hopefully Gore & Co. can get the channel to go HD. Hurts my eyes, literally. Silly whiny point, I know, but it is annoying.
