27. The Capri Apartments are regular apartments a few

blocks from UCSB. My daughter is familiar with the layout of the apartments there and tells me that each unit has one large bedroom big enough to accommodate up to three tenants and a second small bedroom that can accommodate just one. That was no doubt Rodger's room.
