many pundits speculate about whites supposedly becoming a minority by the mid 21st century, but last week on All in with Chris Hayes, Jose Diaz-Balart was basically saying that it would just be non-Hispanic whites who may become a minority. He also added that as that time approaches, there could be further changes to what it means to be "white". It was a very interesting panel with him and Ben Carson.
