The fact that you've missed it, in spite of his EXACT WORDS- would be hilarious if it weren't so sad.

Police do not shoot at "Center of Mass", they shoot at "Center Mass".
One is a physics term, the other is operational parlance for the spot right above the Xiphoid process.
