1. The question continues to need to be asked

"Accountability for whom?" I keep being told that the reason for standardized tests is to prove we can be accountable. Well, to whom? Parents are now on board with suspecting standardized tests are maybe not all they're cracked up to be, teachers have been there for a LONG time. So obviously we are just trying to make some pols happy. Pols who have NO CLUE as to what goes on in a classroom.
