Since I are one.
Men are raised to be competitive. To be the winner. To do what ever it takes to be the 'King-of-the-Hill'. We treat each other sometimes as slaves. We lust to be heroes. We join armies.
This should come as no surprise to anyone. It has been this way for centuries. The only way to really change things is to begin with your son, your neighborhood, your friends.
It is too late for most men above the age of 30, they probably won't want to lose what they have won so far. They have followed their education and they are as Kings.
That's just the way it is.
