First of all, it seems pretty clear that this guy is full of shit, but let's pretend for a moment that he isn't and consider his statement.

Basically what he's saying is that he feels it's OK to stalk someone and confront them for no reason whatsoever, and then when you're getting your ass beat which you so richly deserved in the first place, then it's OK to pull out your gun and kill someone. This is exactly the problem I have with concealed carry laws and shoot first laws. It allows dipshits like Zimmerman to allow their alligator mouth to overload their canary ass, and when the inevitable fight occurs they pull out their gun and someone dies. Then all they have to do is claim self defense, and the law makes it almost impossible to hold them responsible, especially when the only other witness is dead.
