The Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2014 was passed in the House in June of 2013. Referred to the Senate Committee.

What happened to that bill...?

It just vanishes.

RW asshole in the local newspaper blog says Reid killed it.

Researched a bunch, but can find no reason.
