11. I suspect Malaysia knows but had been mis-guiding the search.

Since a lot of info from Malaysian authorities does not make sense, some folks are thinking there is a cover up, for some reason.
Maybe the authorities there are being very TEPCO like and covering their asses.,
maybe they know something but aren't telling.
