12. I like Alan but I think we'd be better of with him in another position.

In Congress, or doing something on domestic policy. He'd be fine as SOS, but I don't see him as having as much impact being SOS as he would being in Congress or running the FDA, CFPB, HHS, etc. Not that there are any openings there anyway.
