If so, then good for them. They should be in favor of upholding the Constitution, including the Due Process protections of the Fifth Amendment. President Obama should not only be in that camp but should be in a leadership position. If he is in that camp, all Constitution-loving Democrats can support his position. It would help, of course, if he would speak up in a Harry Truman-type style or otherwise make his Constitution-supporting views clearly known.
It would also help, or course, if would make such views known while holding his office as the President instead of when he seeks votes as a campaigner.
2. President Obama?
Does anyone other than illogical, name-calling, neocon, tea-bagging Republicans have an inherent hatred of him?
If so, they don't appear to be on this board. Some posters have used logic to explain why they have disagreed with certain actions. His appointment of Tim Geithner comes to mind. But it doesn't otherwise appear that Constitution-supporting Democrats posting on his board have ever expressed an inherent hatred of President Obama.
If there truly are "20 haters" of President Obama on this board, what's the best way to convert them into being non-haters? Will calling them names be the best way? Or will the use of logic help? (Of course, logic doesn't work with all people.)
