I'm not sure if that is an elected or an appointed position, but it sure doesn't make him the King Shit of Turdistan. Simpsonville's population is 19,056, and it's way the hell away from anywhere. Kincannon's claim to fame, if you want to call it that, is his mind-bogglingly hideous brand of trollery. He manages to outdo even the likes of Ann Coulter. But I seriously doubt he has a snowflake's chance in the lowest circle of Hell of any higher office than the one he currently holds.
