If this isn't the real Todd Kincannon, there are two exactly identical people in the world. I have great confidence it's him.

I don't know if Mr. Kincannon is the biggest turd in the GOP's punchbowl - the list of contenders is exceptionally long - but he's right up there. Kincannon's the kinda guy who the cops would list as "death by natural causes" if someone took him out back and beat his empty head in with a golf club.
