But I'm not so sure you have a very firm grasp of the Constitution or what constitutes Western Civilization.

What poisons the well is people who can kill thousands and communicate with allies at light speed. You're just going to have to start living in the modern world. Governments need to be able to prevent, and not simply respond to, terrorist attacks. As long as they are accountable for their actions after the fact, your supposition that what they are doing is untoward, let alone wrong, is rather idealistic. When the rubber meets the road, you will simply never find a majority of Americans who are willing to abandon all hope for law and order to triumph and instead go along with kumbaya-based anarchy.

This has nothing to do with the Unitary Executive. This is all about the Commander-In-Chief.
